Dylan J. Rogers is an author, speaker, certified life coach, and founder of Rogers Thrive Universal, dedicated to transforming business cultures and empowering individuals to overcome self-hate. With a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Dylan’s expertise in solving complex problems is rooted in both engineering precision and real-world experience.
As a Master Resilience Trainer for the U.S. Air Force, he’s taught military personnel how to thrive under pressure, building resilience and mental strength. Drawing from years of mentorship under world-class leaders in organizational change, Dylan now helps business owners create secure, self-sustaining cultures and guides individuals to achieve emotional freedom and purpose through his speaking, coaching, and his book, Winning at Life.

“Born and raised in Kansas City, I’ve spent over 15 years intentionally growing into the kind of person who could turn vision into reality—not just for myself, but for others.
I was driven by a deep curiosity about the universe works, how everything connects, and I pursued a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, followed by a Master’s in Applied Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. That same curiosity led me to develop the skills of complex problem-solving—working alongside the brave men and women of the U.S. Army and Air Force as a professional engineer, doing my part to help protect this remarkable nation.
But my mission has always gone deeper than just technical systems. Throughout my journey, I became fascinated by the most complex system of all: human life. I realized that the same mindset used to solve engineering problems could also be used to help people overcome emotional barriers, master their own behavior, and design a life filled with purpose and peace.
Today, I teach individuals and organizations how to thrive by understanding the deeper patterns behind self-hate, fulfillment, happiness, and human behavior. My work is about helping purpose-driven people create lives—and cultures—worth living in.”
